Field Notes - I was drawn to this image because the contrast between the stark, colorless, hard rock and the soft, green moss.  I also liked the contrast between the rushing water of the Middle Prong of the Little River in the background and the solid, unyielding rock.  Taken in the Tremont area of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
